Due to Covid 19 we are offering choices for your closing comfort.
We can conduct a Drive-Up Closing. Park in front of our office, call 612-964-7365 and we will bring the closing to you. You will not need to leave your car.
We can have a closing at one of our offices. We will keep social distance, clear plastic barriers will be used and everyone must wear a mask.
If we are coming to your home for a closing, we ask that you join us outside with distance and fresh air between us as weather permits. Everyone must wear a mask.
If you are feeling ill, under quarantine or living in a household with someone in quarantine we cannot meet you for a closing. Contact our office for other arrangements.
